Recently I got this poster printed and later framed by a very talented young carpenter from my tinytown. This reminder on my wall helps when I am depressed because of something unachievable or something I can't change. Inspiring thing about these words is that just like everybody I have an ideal, but slightly different from the kind of ideals people usually have. My ideal is a person who doesn't give a fuck. Seriously. I love people who don't judge, analyze and throw their unwanted opinion in. I love folks who mind their own business, go about unnoticed and nothing can stir their non-existant rage. People who smoke invisible and never-ending weed. After all, as Nietzsche said that everything we do in our lives is meaningless. Things we worry about, things that consume us, things we struggle for, live for and die for are completely valueless. Imagine the things you have accomplished so far, have they made you a happier person? Would you have been suicidal-sad without them if you didn't know about them? You are an educated person, can read and write, living in a cubicle for an office and earning money in a year which many uneducated and poor folks wouldn't earn in decades. Are those people infinitely sadder than you? Or are you infinitely happier than them? All those awards on your shelf, what do they hold?
You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.Friedrich Nietzsche
